After you purchase your ticket you will receive an email with a QR code. Please have this QR code out and ready to be scanned once you are at the Check In Tent(general admission) (large FTC tent located in between the two parking lots behind Patriot Hall). After scanning your QR code you will receive a general admission stamp on your hand and a map to guide you through your evening!

VIP check in will be located at the front of the VIP parking lot entrance. VIP can also check in at the FTC/Tandem Tent on the lawn. There will be a separate line specifically for VIP check-in. You will receive your VIP lanyard and signature drink vouchers upon check in. Drink vouchers are only valid at the VIP bar where the signature drinks are located.

General Admission: Unlimited beer, wine, water, and access to visit all of the porch’s and hospitality hosts. Access to the live concert and vendor market on the Patriot Hall lawn. General admission does not have reserved seating for the concert and are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or picnic blankets to have a place to rest. General Admission is $40.

VIP: Everything that is included in the general admission + access to the exclusive VIP Experience.
VIP Experience: a private catered buffet and bar in close proximity to the VIP tent. The bar will include beer, wine, and two signature cocktail choices. Each VIP guest will receive TWO drink vouchers for the signature cocktails at check-in with the option to purchase more at the bar. The signature drink bar is EXCLUSIVE to VIP guests. The VIP tent will include tables and chairs for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the evening and live concert. VIP is $75 with limited availability.

Beer, wine, and water (limited soda and tea selections at various proches) ID must be present at check in! Attendees who are minors will receive an X on the back of their hands.

All refreshments are provided, we kindly ask you to not bring outside food or alcoholic drinks. You can bring your own water and soda if you prefer not to drink beer or wine. If you stay for the concert, we recommend bringing your own lawn chair or picnic blanket for seating.

Attendees should park in the designated parking lots around Patriot Hall. Please view the interactive Google Map for a detailed overview. Parking on the side of the road or in homeowners driveways(without prior permission) is forbidden.

The VIP parking lot as noted in the google map, is for VIP guests and sponsors only. You will be required to check in at the entrance of that parking lot. For any questions related to parking please contact the chamber at (803)775-1231 prior to the day of the event.

Four-wheelers, mo-peds, E-bikes or scooters, and trailers are not permitted at the event and pose a risk to bodily injury.

By attending this event you agree the Greater Sumter Chamber of Commerce, it’s staff and volunteers, are not responsible for any lost, stolen, towed, or damaged belongings or vehicles. We are not responsible for any bodily harm caused by attendees, modes of transportation, guests, terrain, landscaping, or allergies in and around the event.
